Enabling Good Decisions

As the father of teenage boys, I’m always telling them to ‘make good choices’.  We’ve been very blessed, largely because we made sure they had a good framework (morals, work ethic, discipline, etc.) with which to make those decisions.  At work, however, I always struggled with how to get my team to where I could be confident that the decisions they made would be largely the same as what I would make in the same circumstance.  In this video, I talk about a simple tool that we use at Magellan to help executives get their team on the same page in decision making.
